Terms & Condition

CONTEST PERIOD

*This contest is open to ALL shoppers, EXCEPT GM Klang Wholesale City employees, their immediate family members, associate company’s subsidiaries, wholesalers, and occupiers;

*This campaign will run from June 2021 until December 2021.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & ENTRY SUBMISSION

*Customer (e-wallet user) to spend >RM 100 in 1 receipt in a day (any shops with providing any e-wallet services).

*Limited to one (1) registration per shopper per day, valid for maximum two (2) receipts purchase in one (1) registration only. Only original receipt is accepted. Duplication/reprint of receipts is not permitted.

*Social media posting setting must be in “PUBLIC” condition;

*Not valid with any other ongoing mall rewards or any other partnership promotion.

*Receipts from car wash, money changers, banking and ATM transactions, utility, deposit payments and voucher purchases from tenants are not eligible.

*Participation that ‘DID NOT FOLLOW’ the contest requirements will be considered as invalid.

MONTHLY PRIZES

*There are 2 (two) Monthly Prizes in the form of holiday packages for 7 (seven) consecutive months. There are a total of 14 (fourteen) Monthly Prizes to be won during the Contest Period.

*Each lucky participant can only win 1 (one) Monthly Prize during the Contest Period.
*10 lucky names will be also be drawn every month and are eligible to participate in the Grand Prize draw which will be held on 7 January 2022.

*All prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

GRAND PRIZE

*There are 1 (one) Grand Prize in the form of motorcycle Yamaha NSX to be won on 7 January 2022. The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate and / or suspend the Prizes, without having to give prior notice.

*The Grand Prize shall exclude insurance/Takaful coverage.

*The Grand Prize Winner are solely responsible to attend Prize Giving Ceremony which will be held at GM Klang Wholesale City. The prizes are non-transferable, non-returnable or not exchangeable for cash, credit, voucher and such other items in part or in full value.

*Winners will be contacted by the Organizer based on the details provided and will be informed of the details of the Grand Prize.

*Prize is not exchangeable for cash.
LIABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

*All prizes must be claimed from the Organizer within the period informed available for collection. All unclaimed Prizes within the agreed period will be forfeited.

*Winners must comply with the terms & conditions by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw their Prizes if the Winner does not comply with the Contest Terms & Conditions and the Prize Terms and Conditions.

*Winner Announcement will be made in GM Klang Wholesale City official social media platform.

*In the event the Selected Winners are unable to attend Winner Announcement-Prize Giving Ceremony, he/she may nominate an authorised representative to attend on his/her behalf by issuing a written Letter of Authorisation to the Organiser.

*The prize picture shown on the Contest entry form is for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes may vary. Prizes are non-transferable.

*All transportation costs, accommodation, personal costs and / or any other costs, fees and / or expenses associated with participating in the Contest and claiming the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

ORGANIZER

*The Organizer reserves the right to amend/vary/withdraw/substitute this Contest at any time, without prior notice and without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever for any loss or damage suffered or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and / or indirectly arising from or in connection with the cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by the Organizer.

*The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate and / or suspend the Prizes, without having to give prior notice. The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to replace any Gift with other items of equal value, at any time, without giving any prior notice. All prizes cannot be exchanged for credit or other items or vouchers either in part or in full.

*The decision of GM Klang Management on all matters relating to this Contest is final. Any objections or correspondence will not be entertained.

*The organizers can use the name and photo of the Winners for the purpose of publicity and advertising regarding the contest without any compensation or need to give notice to the winners in advance.

*The organizer is not responsible if the prize is lost, damaged, deformed or stolen during and after the collection of the prize.

*The Organiser shall not be liable and/or responsible for the transportation costs pertaining to the collection and/or delivery of the prizes. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses or charges incurred in relation to the prizes shall be solely borne by the Selected Winners.

*The Organiser reserves the right to use the information contained in the Contest Registration Form and other information obtained from the purchase transaction for marketing, campaign management and statistical purpose.

*In the event of a disqualification after the prize have been awarded, the Organiser reserves the right to demand for the return of the prize or payment of its equivalent value from the disqualified Participant.

*By participating in this Contest, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and accept that all decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or omit any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to the participants and the participants shall be bound by such changes.
