Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is open to ALL Malaysia citizens aged 18 years and above EXCEPT GM Klang Wholesale City employees, their immediate family members, associate company’s subsidiaries, wholesalers, and occupiers.

2. The Contest Period will run from 22 October 2021 till 12 November 2021.

3. Each entry must meet the criteria and conditions of the contest. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the criteria and conditions of the contest.

4. Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be accepted.

5. Ten (10) creative entries will be selected by the Organizer as winners. Decision is final. Any appeals, inquiries and / or correspondence will not be entertained.

6. Entries that are indecent, sexual, pornographic, defamatory, illegal, offensive, or contain inappropriate content or objectionable material will be disqualified immediately.

7. Entries must be original, creative and not taken from any other source. Entries that have an element of plagiarism will be disqualified.

8. Participants can only submit one (1) entry. Submission of entries through different accounts but ownership of the same identity, will be counted as one (1) entry only.

9. Selected winners are eligible to win one (1) prize per person.

10. The Winners of the contest will be announced via the GM Klang Wholesale City social media platform. Winners will be contacted by the Organizer for the arrangement of prize collection.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or omit any of these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to participants and the participants shall be bound by such changes.

12. Prizes will be presented to the winners and to be claimed within period or on such other date as decided by the organizer. Any prizes which is failed to be claimed within the said period will be forfeited.

13. Any prizes not claimed within that period will be forfeited immediately.

14. Prizes won must be received in full and cannot be exchanged for other items / cash.

15. The Organizer shall not be liable and/or responsible for the transportation costs pertaining to the collection and/or delivery of the prizes. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses or charges incurred in relation to the prizes shall be solely borne by the Winners.
