Yes, we provide free WIFI. However this is limited to 15 minutes per day per device.

Unfortunately GM Klang Wholesale City does not currently have an e-commerce platform. However, many of our wholesalers have both an online presence as well. To find out more, do check our shop directory.

Do you have a baby room?

Yes. We have a baby room on each floor, from Level 1 to Level 4. The baby room is located at Block A, next to the washroom nearest to the loading bay.

Where is the surau/muslim prayer room?

We have a few surau or muslim prayer rooms in GM Klang Wholesale City. They are at the following locations:
1. Block A Level 1
2. Block B Level 6
3. Block C P1

Do you have praying mats and telekungs available at the prayer room?
Yes. We have some praying mats and telekungs at our prayer room. However, you are encouraged to bring your own.

Does GM Klang Wholesale City have delivery/postal services?

We have a number of courier/delivery service providers who service our community here. They are located at Block B Ground Floor (Flash Express) as well as Block C P1 (Parcel Hub, PosLaju, DHL Express, NinjaVan & Detops Express) and Block A 4th Floor (ABX Express). Our wholesalers are usually quite happy to assist their customers with delivery matters. Some may also have a preferred vendor so it would be best to discuss delivery arrangements with them.

LOST & FOUND

I have lost/found something at GM Klang Wholesale City. What should I do?

Please refer all lost/found property matters to our Customer Service Counter, located on the 1st Floor, the link way of Block A & B. The Customer Service Counter is opened daily from 10am to 7pm.

You may travel to GM Klang Wholesale City by car, bus or public transport. For further information, click on our link Getting Here to find out.

In the near future, you may travel to GM Klang Wholesale City via the LRT3 line. The closest stop will be the Bandar Botanic LRT station, which will be within walking distance to our wholesale mall (less than 500m walk).
